80 degrees yesterday.... Now I dont want to budge!

Its currently 28degrees outside...brrr.. Hi of 50.

Yeah yeah its January but yesterday it was 80 degrees...

Whatever. If it aint snowing it might as well be comfortably warm.  The chilly mornings sure are pretty but yikes.  I love the view out my front door....

So a few more updates from our lives that I missed yesterday.  Groushy Husband got a new toy....   See he likes offroading with a local 4x4 club.  They have some pretty tough climbing trails at a ranch in Post.  Lots of rocks and some pretty scary rockcrawling ensues.

After doing mucho damage to his previous Blazer he started rebuilding and doing some major modifications... and kinda got stumped.  So he hasnt hit the trails in about a year...  A friend of mine knowing Grouchy Husband likes 4wheel drives offered to sell him a big ugly 4x4 suburban...and tada here is THE BIG UGLY BROWN TRUCK:

leaning up against it are the tires Grouchy Husband put on it.  35" mud something or others (aka big nasty offroading tires)

and heres grouchy Husband putting those tires on it:

and his adorable assistant the Worlds Cutest Cowboy:

Luckily the Big Ugly Brown Truck is living up at Grouchy Husbands shop for now.  I spend quite a bit of time cringing at the horribly ugly trucks he insists on keeping at our house.  Its first trail test is in January.  Grouchy Husband sure is excited.

and heres a NICE pic of me and Grouchy Husband from Chritmas Eve:

He can clean up pretty nice when he wants to. I convinced him to try a full beard a few weeks ago... I kinda like it.

And he doesnt ALWAYS look sooo grouchy and CAN smile....

Remember me???

Well here I am!

I'm a bad bad person and totally blew off my blog the last few weeks. Christmas chaos took over to much... the only jewlery I've bothered with was a garnet necklace with a peridot cluster for my Aunt Terri and a turqouise ans silver necklace for my Mother in law.   Their Christmas presents. BUT my creative juices are on the rise,  thought I havent been able to make myself sit down and make jewlery.  I have been bit by the redecorate and remodel bug.  I am plotting a patio and porch awning for the front of our place AND plotting to recycle some old boards from thw original deck that we took out last year.  So jewelry is on hold.  Christmas was awesome,   Santa brought Wyatt some cool stuff.  Mr. Wyatt has decided he is a Cowboy and Santa obliged him by bringing lots of cowboy stuf....

And here is the World's Cutest Cowboy in his new boots and jeans with his new rope ready to go see Grandma and Bumpa and open more presents.

And our view out the front door on Christmas morning was awesome:

While Christmas went smoothly...  Friday after did not.  After dropping the World's Cutest Cowboy off to spend some time with Grandma... Mom(Me) headed back into the wind to my truck and proceeded to have the winde slam the door on my left pointy finger... I hastily flew my wounded but back into Grandmas house and balled my eyes out.  Here is the results of that altercation after 4 days of healing...

I can now bend my finger at the secondknuckle again... and a little bit at the first.  its still swollen and funky shaped on top.  I would not be shocked if its broken.. But since its not crooked broken there's no point in visiting the quack doc and wasting my money...  It doesnt hurt unless I bump it so I'll just live with it until its healed. Makes typing pretty difficult so please overlook my goofs.

So just a little while ago I got a zing of energy after wandering around town with my mom most of the day.. and went behind the house to the old deck and started dismantleing it.  My plan is to take THIS doorway:

and frame it with THESE old weathered boards( cleaned and stained):

here is the sight my dear hubby will see when he comes in the drive...

Did I mention I havent told him about this yet... all he knows is I was looking for the drill a few hours ago.   Hehe....  I stopped at that point and went looking for the tape measure...  and kinda got sidetracked  typing this blog....

Theres lots more to tell...  but the Grouchy Husband and The Worlds Cutest Cowboy are home ans demanding food.  Looks like Pizza tonight.....

Home made goodness....

Gotta tell about my yummy breakfast this morning...

Home made yogurt with home made canned Southern Comfort Peach Jam....

The yogurt was made in my crockpot using the wonderful easy recipe found here:

http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/2008/10/you-can-make-yogurt-in-your-crockpot.html

and the jam... I dont quite remember where the recipe came from.. but its a cinnomony peach jam made with Southern Comfort. Home made and canned by me!

Talk about a yummy combonation!

I have taken some of the half gallon of yogurt I made and put in in a strainer lined with coffee filters and strained it down to make a yogurt cheese. Of course I had sweetened the yougurt with sugar and vanilla, so its vanilla yogurt cheese. I am thinking of pouring some Rasberry Chipotle sauce over it to serve with crackers this week. Its a great replacement for cream cheese. I cant wait to have time to try out some ideas... I even foudn some reciped for cheesecake! And I have about 2 1/2 cups of whey saved in the fridge to mix into a bread mix when I make bread in my new breadmaker later this week... YUM!

Not a wasted Sunday!

So the earrings i was working on last night are still unfinshed,  but Mike got the fishatnk reasealed and today we set it up and got everything working it is sooooo pretty!  Yaay!   This was my find of the year....  Someone was giving it away online,  I emailed her but never heard back so figured that someone beat me to it. So a month or so later I get a phone call.... she had her replies going to the wrong email and finally logged in and saw the replies.  SInce I was the first one and left a phone# she called me.   Its a 55 gallon with stand, lids filters and a few other dodads.   It had a small leak was why the decided to give it away.  A few months ago I happened to do some baby fish swapping with a guy online that mentioned he had been finding cheap ones like that and resealing them so I asked him what to do and now wala!   I have about a $400 tank setup for the $5 of the silcone the seal it.  Now the drawback... I had to get rid of my computer desk/worktbench....  So the laptop is homelss and all my jewlery stuff is finally neatly packed in my cabinet.  BUT.. my living room looks sooooo much nicer.. (Minus Mount Saint Toy.... the mountain of toys that I found in every nook and cranny while rearranging furniture.   )   Along with that  Mike fixed our porch steps that were getting pretty dangerous AND he cleaned the bunny cage!!!  Without me having to nag and beg!    We did have a little ecitement today.... Mike came hollering up to the door screaming at me to come quick... He had almost stepped on a little bullsnake....  While he was threatening to shovel him to peices I caught him in a bucket... Hes now a pissed off bullsnake in a cage..   I am going to see if Chase wants him and if not turn him loose again... I had him in the aq. on te porch and mike kept fussing about it was about to get chilly and might kill him.. he told me to put the cage in the bathroom(HOLY SOMEKS BATMAN! THIS MAN IS PETRIFIED OF SNAKES!)  I told him I wanted to put him up on my cabinet where the cats and the kid(not afraid of snakes) wouldnt be able to get to him... and there he is..  Mike (the adult!)  has had to be scolded for teasing him and making him strike...  hes one MEAN snake  hissing and striking!.    He seems to be chilling out a little.   Sooo wow what a crazy day so far.   Since I am rearranging the house for the aquarium I have tons of stuff laying around that has been dispalced and I am trying to organize my house better and straighten it up.   Got lots to do so I better get moving.. that and I promised mike cookies and I want to make homemande chicken broth to freeze for thanksgiving.   Busy busy!

Working on a few things.

So I got enough silver to get moving a little bit here... Swung by gemstone junction.  Didnt get everything I wanted of course... grrr... I talked myself out of the black spinel briolettes and the garnets briolettes but I got some turqouise teardrops, some more black ony teardrops and a set of faceted rough garnets that are pretty interesting.  I am working on a set of earrings right now with the prettiest pair of turqouise drops.  then I am not sure what I am going to do.  I have headpins in the tumbler and am tumbling the last necklace I made with the rubies, rose quartz and sterling heart.  I think it will go in the LOS this weeknd and see how I like it. I am hoping that will help pop the pink in the rose quartz.  Tommorow I thinks I will get my but in gear and take pictures and list some stuff.  Its getting late,  gonna go check the tumbler.

tick Tock tick Tock

So I havent had a chance to make any new jewlery since the last set of earrings. Need silver... BAD! Its soo boring. I get paid Saturday so hopefully I can order some wire and get some other beads I have been wanting and get to creating. I really want to make another set of earrings like the last pair but with my amethsyt rondelles. I need more twisted earwires, and silver wire, and some more of the black onyx rondelles..... Time to make shopping list.

A month to go until Thanksgiving....

This year we are gonna shake things up for thanksgiving.   Mike is planning on smoking turkeys (ours and some neighbors always send some over...) and we are planning now to have some firends over for dinner.  Those friends are a family of 6!  So we will be cooking for 9!!  Wow.   Usually its just us 3 and we go to Mikes paretns for lunch so nothing too big.   I am excited and a little worried.  Ive never cooked for that many before.   YIKES!    I will need to make lots of food!   Wyatt will like it though,  one of the boys is his age and they just have a ball being little dirtball boys together.  I sure am glad we have all the extra toys.   It will be crazy butr fun.  Nice to have another set of parents around that we enjoy spending time with.

Gnight!

Yummy Yummy Lemon bars for my tummy

I have been craving lemon bars for a while,  bought a mix and burned it to a crisp...(hey I was sick and fell asleep)  the only reason I bought a mix was I was lazy... Today while my now sick hubby is lazing around and watching the new Indiana Jones movie I am making lemon bars from scratch using this recipe from The Homesteading Housewife.

The crust smells darn good.  I cant wait until they are completely done!  YuM!

Something done finally!

Ok so I've been sick again.. a nasty nasty cold that had me  out of commision for almost two weeks.  Today I finally feel almost normal,  though still easily tired.  But I got a set of earrings done!   Large black faceted onyx rondelle with sterling silver beads,  topped with a cluster of rutilated quartz smooth rondelles on twisted earwires. These turned out REALLY nice!   I plan to slip outside and take pictures as soon as I get done watching a my movie. The Water Horse.  A pretty good movie so far!

ok here is one pic... I'll have to take more later, the camera battery died on me taking these.

Why do I loose my focus....?

The designs were in my head... they are still sitting there....  the beads are purchased and ready to go. and now I just cant make myself do it.  I loose my umph... I sure hope this is just a Friday energy crash...  I invested a chunk of change in the supplies for two necklaces.   Now that its all home I am justnot feeling it.  I wonder if maybe the designs arent really me..  and thats why now that I am home im not feeling it.  Grr.....  I will wait until tommorow to try anything and see how i feel after a good nights sleep.   Its been a long week.    I got some new rondelle/button strands, a light amethyst and two rutilated quartz,  Im kinda excited,  got the rutilated quartz outside and the inclusions are kinda GREEN!

YUCK SICK...

With the first cold front.... came the first bug! Wyatt turned up his nose completely at dinner and turned into a cranky monster... Woke up at about 11pm crying and throwing up... and snotty and coughing.. yuck. Poor baby. No one got any sleep. Guess what! now I feel like crap, coughing, sore swollen throat and achy and tired soo tired. I sure hope I can kick this. Wyatt is staying home today with daddy and loving it and feeling better. Now I just have to bounce back.
The Chilli was excellent though. Perfect! The salsa is jarred up and processed and ready to store, I am going to beat my husband if he burns through this batch. That was 6 jars of salsa in a months time. We normally dont use that much in 6 months! But he liked it which I am VERY proud of. I am eyeballing the rest of the tomatoes and bell peppery hoping they ripen and thinking of spaghetti sauce.

Chilly Misty Weather.....

Cold Front cooling us off to 60 degrees,  highs in the 50's tommorow!

Home made chilli simmering on the stove....

Tried something new last night.   Made salsa, (fixing to cook and can it up tonight.) took all the scrap of tomatoe, jalapeonos, onions and bell peppers and green chillis and put them on the stove in a  litter water and simmered them.... Strained them and had a nice spicy tomatoey broth(way spicey) which inspired me to come home tonight and make chilli....   So now chilli is simmering on the stove, hamburger meat, the broth, a can of rotel tomates, an onion and some other seasoning and I think this will be a nice belly warming dinner, since hubby is getting of late tonight it has time to simmer... yum.     Swung by gemstone junction today.. grabbed the single Rose Quartz heart she had...  I was fast too... Dani and her two friends came in at the same time as me and they both wanted it... and Amberleigh said if it didnt sell she was keeping it for herself... I snapped that puppy up... think i am going to pair it with pink opal and blue opal...  not sure yet.    Have another necklace in mind with picture jasper, turquose, black onxyx and then a black onyx cross pendant... so far shaping up.  Why am I plotting necklaces?  I hope to be going to Quitique (did I spell that right?) NOvember 1st with Dani and them and splitting a booth.....    Gotta get my bootie in gear and get some stuff made.  I think the beads I am getting are going to be enough for me to do two necklaces... one for me and one to sell...    Tommorow I am going back and doing a little consulting on the silver heart with rose qurtz and rubies I am working on.... Yeah I need to post some pictures but I have a lot of cooking to get done....

Hard to believe its almost the holiday season.. I need to get a move on gifts... and if anyone is interesting in what little ol me wants for Christmas... Gemstone Junction Gift Certificates,  Prepaid Credit cards...  or 8 or 10 gauge silver wire to make some rings....(MOnsterslayer.com) and 20 guage wire of course....  I really want to get some half round heavy wire and make a ring for my husband for Christmas...

Ok gotta check dinner and get the hot sauce going and the jars ready for canning...

LATER!

Sleeplessness...

Ok I cant sleep... Im too wired.... why I dont know.. my bed here is more comfy...sigh.. so here I am at 11:45pm on the internet...  and I wander over to a blog I love that I havent visited in a while.

http://dailycoyote.blogspot.com/

and I discover she now has a shop on etsy!!!!  hmm and as I type that I notice a the site is changing to  http://www.dailycoyote.net/

but... the link to her shop is http://dailycoyote.etsy.com

I want some of those squid rock things of hers... grr... broke from trip blues kick in again....

I have followed this blog for a while,  having lived with coyotes out my back door for the last 10 years or so...(and have a few strange close encounter stories of coyotes....)  I too live in an area where coyotes are viewed as bad... but I like them, we enjoy listening to them sing... and when I had all my livestock,  coyotes were never the predator problem I had,  they could have just trotted across the field to have dinner,  but noooo it was loose dogs that wandered from further away to come cause destruction and mayhem... but thats another story...  but check it out..  the story of Charlie the coyote is pretty interesting and some awesome photography to boot.

Ok and for those interested in Jewelry.... I will eventually be posting some jewelry related stuff....  but I still have to unpack and all that and I dont want too!   And sort through 700 digital pictures from our trip...  and I think I will now attempt to go to sleep like a normal person...

Night!

S

Blah... bleck grr.....

ok we're home... blah blah blah....

Its hot, its dusty and you cant smell any trees... waaaaaa.......

I was ready to come home.. until I got here.  *sigh*  now that I'm here?????

Ok there are some good things... gas.. 3.13 a gallon... yay!  We paid 3.49 on the way out of Taos.  Umm what else.. hmm... hmm...   whatever... bah humbug...  I go back to work Friday... yeah dont say it.. I already know...  I have to go do 500 pounds of laundry now,  and clean my house that was badly needing cleaning before I left...  After living a week with just the basics I think this house needs a serious purging.  I have warned my hubby that if he comes home tommorow and half our stuff is gone dont panic.    Wyatt really doesnt need all these freaking toys... he was happy as a clam with a handful of matchbox cars and his dvd player....( AFTER it was too dark to terrorize the mountainside!)  I understand now why so many parents park there kids in front of the tv....  and its soooooooooo relaxing for  ME!     OK so I might be a bad parent for it,  but geeze... if you know my little tornado of destruction you can understand WHY!   OK so I have to go take 4 tubs of pudding snack packs away from said tornado....   Adios!

Procrastinating....

So I havent gotten anything I needed to done.. the house is a mess.. laundry and dinner still need to be mad.  But I got the torch working and got some silver melted down and made some awesome studs!   Melting silver is addictive... watching it turn molten....  I have one large and two medium pairs done and 3 small pairs ready to be soldered(need more silver for posts.)  Here is the large pair... the mosquitos chased me back inside before I could get the medium ones photo'd.   I still have to get back for them and cut them posts down.

Sunday... a work in progress...

Before I flee outside to enjoy the sunshine... here is the necklace that I am working on....  I am kind stumped of what to do next...  it needs something.

I went ahead and added a link in the chain past the rose quartz dangles of three rose quarts rondelles.. I think that is what it needed.  I plant to work on it more today if I get the chance... But I have tons to do, we leave for Taos thursday and I need to pack, clean out the car AND we are headed off to Walmart to warranty the battery on the car... seems its got issues and its fairly new.  Of course we are planning a vacation... everything has to go wrong... Altinator, Ujoints, the thingy that we had replaced this spring... that was expensive and WE(of the experienced mechanic household) had to take it to the Lincoln dealer to have fixed, now the battery..  but its all getting done and I can hope nothing else can go wrong...

I have a couple more pictures to post... so I hope to be back later...

Useless Ramblings....

So I keep telling myself to post something.. Update this place. I chatter out ideas in my head as I listen to people drone on in life... then when I zip over here to post POOF the ideas are gone. That pretty much describes today. I found a cool blog I wanted to mention... got distracted and Xed out of the page.. and now I cant find it or remember who it was... I need to post more pictures and sutff, but I take all my pictures outside.... I also need to fire up my big torch and work on some stuff that the little torch just cant handle.. (oh and the little torch is not my friend and wont work for some reason.) WHY do I not do this? Because those amazing water filled pictures I posted a while back.. that 8 inches of rain that fell in our oh so dry area.... did you guess it yet? I have stayed holed up in the house because the enture region is now under the control on the mosquito hoard... My dear husband is mosquito not tasty person number one... mosquitos never ever bother him.. he has been in my life for 10 yes 10 years and until the last few months he has told me I am insane when I do the insane mosquito bitey fleeing twitchy psychotic frenzy thing... BUT guess what... this world domination batch of mosquitos doesnt care that he isnt supposed to taste yummy... I guess he doesnt smell good to them, but they sure discovered he must me tasty.. and since hes a decent sized bear of a guy he has plenty of food for the hungry hoard... I now get to enjoy the male version of the insane mosquito bitey fleeing twitchy psychotic frenzy thing... But my mind wanders... due to that I have Not wandered outside to take pictures, I have not played with big torch....
I have made a new necklace and matching earrings... and a simple pendant, but no pictures yet soo... I will have to reschedule show off my pretties...

I heard on the news this morning that they will begin allowing residents back on Galveston Island! My uncle is headed back that way today I think. He's keeping everyone updated on his blog: http://www.seasidefamily.com/kelleys_korner.htm
I found a quote for him that I felt fit him and his church well.. "Don't tell God how big your storm is ... Tell your storm HOW BIG YOUR GOD IS!!!!! As soon as I saw this I could SEE my uncle and his church in my mind. They will stay strong, rebuild and be a light to others to find their way to recover from an unimaginable storm...

Keep them in your thoughts....

Hurricane Ike

I havent worked on jewelry in days.  My heart just isnt in it.  I've spent almost every moment I can stand listening, reading and watching everything I can about what is going on in the Galveston area.   It breaks my heart.  Every Galveston report I see just gets worse and worse...  Thats my families home there.   My Memaw, my Uncle Kelley and Aunt Chris,  My Cousins Kel and his family,  Nathan and his new family....   I feel so lost thinking of them not being able to go home and not knowing what will be left to rebuild, and I feel like there is nothing I can do to help.  I cant even put the way I feel right now and I know its nowhere near what they are going through.  Dad, Fran, Kelley Chris, Memaw, all of you... I love you and I am so glad everyone is ok.  I love you guys.

My uncle Kelley has a blog that he is updating with information about the damage on the island.

Ribbit Ribbit!

So it stopped raining.. still gloomy, but not raining.....
Here's a little taste of why I will be inhumanly exhausted at the end of my work day......

That is Texas Tech University Jones Stadium... I didnt take these pics... not sure who did, they just got forwarded to me. Tech has a game Saturday and they are scrambling to get the water pumped out in time... I am ready for today to be OVER. Its been wild....

Now on a more serious note than even this... Ike is still on the move... A big chunk of my family is in his path..... I will be glued to the tv this weekend watching the news reports and worrying..... Keep them in your prayers for me please.....

Serena

The news says 8+ inches!  Its not currenlty raining.  Time to go to work.  News reported that Texas Tech is closed.  So off I go to work soon to see how bad the chaos can be.   I want sleep

Rain Rain Go AWAY!

10PM the news reported we are over 7inches and its still raining.....bleck.

UPDATED 9:31pm we are offically over 6 inches if rain in the City of Lubbock.  They have issued a state of Emergency for both city and county and most of the area schools have canceled classes.  We just got home from dropping Wyatt off at the Grands house for the night and filling up the truck with gas... we filled up and it was 3.49 a gallon,  we followed my Sister in law home to make sure she got there safe in her little car and then when we went back by where we had just filled up the gas prices were 3.55 a gallon.  Many of the roads are flooded out.  THere are three main roads into town from our house and the two main ones ofthe three have police and fire personell sitting at the intersection making sure people make it through and pushing the ones that dont out of the intersection.....   Mike put out his new rain guage at 6pm and when I waded out through the pond that is our yard to check it at 7om is was already showing and inch and a quarter.  Wild stuff.   I am contemplating braving it to check the rain guage again for grins.... ...ok its 3/4" higher than before....  now i AN GOING TO GET READY FOR BED! BRRRR.....

5.48 inches by 6pm today and its still coing down in buckets.  You cant tell our driveway from our ditch and the playa across the streed is about 50 feet past where I have ever seen it before.  Parts of town are impasable.   Wyatt is driving me nuts!  He is bouncing off the walls.....  Tempted to just send him out in the rain to play!  Bear the bunny is running around the house exploring and loving being a house rabbit.   And you know what?  all this rain and we arent even on the coast where hurricane Ike will hit!   We are getting remnants of Lowell this far inland.   I can only imagine how the path of Ike will affect the state... YIKES!

I will be back later to post some more pictures of new stuff.. been busy. Gonna go eat dinner now

A personal keeper piece... Blue yes BLUE Tigers eye, Apatire and Sterling silver.

I love love BLue tigers eye.  A little love story for you....When I was 7 or 8 I was at a flea market with my mom and found a large piece of blue tigers eye with no gold streaks in it.  I fell in love.  If I remember right he wanted like 10 dollars for it.  I think I had like 2 dollars and I was heartbroken.  He took pity on me and sold it to me for my two dollars.   I treasured it .  With all the moves I dont know what happened to it.  But it facinated me and something about it touched me deaply.  When I started designing jewelry I started looking for blue tigers eye remembering that pretty piece from my childhood.  At the local gemshow I found a vendor with some quarter sized polished nuggets.  While chooseing 3 for myself I had a strange realization, the color of blue tigers eye is eirily similar to the deep blue of the love of my lifes eyes.   His eye color has always facinated me,  I like to think that when I saw that breathtaking streaked blue so many years ago...  it was a part of the twisted path that led me to the man I love so much.   When I found this piece I chose it for its unmarred blue.  No obvious gold streaking.  I wanted to compliment it but not draw attention from the piece itself so I put a simple silver bail on it and paired it with a teeny faceted apatire rondelle to compliment the lighter blues and a sterling silver flower to make it a little more feminine.   I have worn it nonstop since I finished it.  I did go back and buy the other blue tigers eye she had,  it has gold streaking through it but is gorgeous also.  I havent decided what to do with it....

Its hard to capture the lighter nuances of the blue tigers eye.  It looks darker in the pictures than it really is.

Chameleon Lampwork, Gold Kieshi Petal Pearls and Green Adventurine

I love these...  Chameleon lampwork beads from Java Bead, gold keishi petal pearls, green adventurine rounds.  Of course the heapins and earwires are all handcrafted by me.

So Ive been working on these for a while.  Rose Quartz rondelles, Garnet rounds sterling silver and a cluster of rose quartz heishi.  The silver is oxidised black, I havent decided if I want to buff some of the oxidation off or leave it black... the black really makes it stand out.

Puppy Update

The puppies are growing....... Here they are at 2 weeks and 2 days old. They will be 3 weeks old tommorow and I am planning on taking more pictures. They are toddling around now and getting personality. The girl with only a dot instead of a collar is still the largest, the fist to toddle the first to get teeth and the most active, the little red girl is the middle baby of the bunch in every way and the little light pointed girl is the last in line.... smallest... last to start teething, calmer.... They have started to bark and make noise, growl and play at biteing at each other more. I have mentioned to my husband that I sure would like to keep the red tri girl... so he cant say I didnt tell him later on....haha.
Momma is already quite happy to escape from them and would spend all day outside if I let her..... those teeth are coming in you know....

Puppies 1 week old

Ok the puppies are now 1 week old as of yesterday. They are fat sassy little wigglers with attitude. They have almost tripled in size and are FAT FAT FAT. There is no way to doubt they are getting enough to eat. They are really getting nice bright tam points and to my surprize and delight my favorite one with the biggest white collar is a RED! She looked black at first, but I noticed her coat had a little different texture to it. well I got to looking and she isnt black, she is the darkest shade of red I have ever seen. A deep dark chocolate color! I am soo in love with her coloring. But yeah yeah I know you want pictures!!!!
